- 3 simple exercises everyday. 3a. 21 Pushups a days for 30 days, adding 1 a day until you reach 51. 3b. 50 sit-ups a day, adding 5 a day, until you reach 200 3c. 50 jumping jacks a day for 30 days adding 5 a day, until you reach 200.
