  1. Every day take a selfie to track progress of what you are working on – Abs, Glutes, Arms, Legs, Etc.  Face shot not needed.  I am shy 🙂
  2. Every day WRITE a personal post.  What I say personal, I mean you write it.  It can be a quote, a word, a few sentences, a book.  But once a day for 30 days write something.
  3. 3 simple exercises everyday.  3a. 21 Pushups a days for 30 days, adding 1 a day until you reach 51.  3b.  50 sit-ups a day, adding 5 a day, until you reach 200 3c.  50 jumping jacks a day for 30 days adding 5 a day, until you reach 200.
