The other night I was sitting down and thinking I would sign up for yoga and do 10 classes in the next two weeks. Why? I am not flexible and it is good for my health. It also terrifies me. I have no idea why, but everyone is in spandex and outgoing. I am an introvert and hate not knowing what I am doing. So my first step was to sign up. That is all I did. It felt glorious. Tomorrow I take my first class.
The next step in attaining your goal may be much smaller than you think.
