Dealing with Frustrations

Often times we get frustrated.  It can be something little like figuring out the instructions to something or it can be huge, like having a difficult problem to complete, knowing it will take years of small steps.  Unfortunately frustration is a part of life.  Frustration is part of the natural order of things.

     So how do we deal with frustration?  Often times I just go for a walk.  That helps reset my attitude towards the frustration.  If it is a long term frustration I create a plan and focus on the next step in the long term plan.  Other ideas are talking to someone, listening to relaxing music(I like the Deep Focus playlist on Spotify), reading/listening to a motivational podcast/book.
