  1. Have breakfast
  2. Make sure you have a good night’s sleep
  3. Make a list of things you have to do
  4. Prioritize them
  5. Do the most important first
  6. Do not worry if you cannot finish the list
  7. Try and exercise every day
  8. have at least 1 liter of water a day
