- Hunger can cause depression. Are you eating well?
- Lack of exercise can cause depression. Go outside for a walk.
- Water. This is an odd one to me, but if I pound a liter of water I will feel better. No idea why, but it works for me.
- Create a daily to do list
- Create a list of priorities, goals, and dreams and prioritize them. This often inspires me
- Call a friend
- Post some positive things to your blog(we all have one)
