Feel Depressed? Ideas to Feel Good Again

When you are down there can be many little reasons why you are depressed or many big ones or a combination of factors.  Do not overthink it.  Keep it simple. 

  1. Hunger can cause depression.  Are you eating well?
  2. Lack of exercise can cause depression.  Go outside for a walk.
  3. Water.  This is an odd one to me, but if I pound a liter of water I will feel better.  No idea why, but it works for me.
  4. Create a daily to do list
  5. Create a list of priorities, goals, and dreams and prioritize them.  This often inspires me
  6. Call a friend
  7. Post some positive things to your blog(we all have one)
