Knowing What You Should Do vs. What You Really Want to Do?

I know everyday what I need to do, but do not always do it.

Some days I wake up late and star slow.

Some days I spend binge watching TV.

Is it a set back?  Yes and no.

Some days I need to rest.

That does not mean I will not get back up and start going after my goals again.

I will not beat myself for a detour on my journey.

I will reach my goals and lead a fulfilling life.
