Don’t Let Stress Own You

I work at a startup. I have a lot invested into this startup. We’ve had a few critical meetings this month. I haven’t slept well. My usual routine has fallen apart. I feel responsible for those around me.

I have started to let stress own me.

I finally realized it tonight. Normally I do, at the very least, a short workout before sleeping. That has disappeared for at least 30 days. Endorphins. Good health. I want those things in spite of stress at work.

So at 4 a.m. I am doing my little 5 minute workout and feel better. In a couple of hours I will have some breakfast and then off to my company.
