Good question. Sometimes I don’t know. Today I ran/walked 4.5 miles and drove 4 hours, picked up my dog and BAM 💥! I’m tired 💤 and napping 😴. Now I have stuff to do, but it’s tough for me to kickstart myself. So I blog about what’s going on and that usually helps me get going. Not always, but usually.
