Do you have a vice you are embarrassed about? Do you have goals you are afraid to speak out loud ? Are you in a relationship you like, but that may not be taking you where you want to go? Are you unsure of where you want to go?
Well, that is where I’m at today. I have a vice I’m ashamed to speak of and goals I will not mention for two reasons1. I’m embarrassed and 2. It could alter current relationships and my career.
So what do I do? Am I fulfilled in my life? No. So it must be time to move forward. I do not know how to do that, but I’m going to start writing down a plan and share it with someone. Living an unfulfilled life is not for me.

How Do I get 6 Pack Abs for this Summer? This is the most common question I get this time of year.
I attack it in 4 parts:
It is not all necessary. Eating healthy benefits the most. The Perfect Fitness Ab Carver Pro does phenomenal work within 3 weeks. Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack is #3. It is great as well, but time consuming.
I am in a situation for the next 3 months where I will not get a lot of time to work out. So I turned to my mentor in a bit of a panic and asked him what should I do? He asked me some questions to make sure I was not being overly dramatic, then accepted I truly may not have much time to exercise. I was particularly concerned with my abs. We both figured I could work in 12,000 steps of walking each day, but weights would be hard to get too. So he threw the 3 Minute Plank Pose Challenge @me. He said if I could maintain 3 minutes everyday, that where was no way I would lose my six-pack. There is only one catch. I get tired at 75 seconds, much less 180 seconds. He told me to increase my time by 10 seconds each day until I reach 180 seconds. Once I am there and it is fairly doable, then start mixing in some push-ups.
