The simple Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku could be the key to leading a happier and healthier life.
Why Japanese Live So Long ★ ONLY in JAPAN
I’m challenging myself to change this week. A person must be able to change things about themselves in order to grow. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting ourselves to change is just another form of insanity. I love posting on sites like Tumblr and Twitter. Now that I have huge followings there I feel I should take the next step and write. If I want to take my life in the direction that will make me a happier, healthier, wealthier, and yes, a sexier person; then I need to continue to make changes in myself. Writing and blog posting helps me initiate change within myself. I don’t know what I’m gonna write about. My colleagues, business partners, always have something to talk about no matter how insignificant. They’re constantly pushing themselves with ideas. They rarely talk about people unless they are people in the public eye, such as politicians and businessman. They’re always talking about ideas and open to being challenged. I’m open to being challenged and I love new ideas. My weakness I feel is a sometimes study average people too much. So, this week look forward to some blog posts and see if I can maintain my personal 7 day challenge.
